Generator Conductive Screw
Conductive screws are fasteners in QFSN-300-2 generator sets that serve both mechanical fixation and conductive functions.
Functions of Conductive Screw
- Current transmission: Their primary function is to transmit current.
- Mechanical fixation: They also fix the rotor conductive rings to ensure the rotor rotates flexibly at high speeds.
- Anti-loosening ability: Their design often includes special anti-loosening structures.
- Conductive reliability: They are typically made of highly conductive materials like copper alloy.
- Sealing performance: In some generators, the outer insulating layer of the conductive screws has high dielectric strength and sealing performance.
Application of Conductive Screw
- Connection of rotor coil leads and conductive rods: Used to connect the rotor coil leads to the conductive rods.
- Fixation of rotor conductive rings: Used to fix the rotor conductive rings to ensure stability during high-speed rotation.
- Connection under the slip ring: Used under the rotor slip ring to connect the slip ring and the shaft.
- Generator rotors with radial/axial lead structures: Used to tighten the conductive threaded rods to ensure the stability of the excitation circuit.
