Generator F-Class High Strength Glass Fiber Plate
Glass fiber plates are laminated insulating materials made from glass fiber cloth impregnated with resins. They are high-performance insulating materials widely used in large generator sets such as QFQS-200-2, QFSN-600-2-22, and also high-voltage motors.
Material Properties of Glass fiber plate
- Heat resistance: They have a heat resistance rating of F-class (155℃) and can maintain stable mechanical and electrical properties at high temperatures.
- Electrical insulation: They have excellent electrical insulation properties, including high volume resistivity and high dielectric strength.
- Mechanical properties: They provide good mechanical strength and impact resistance to withstand mechanical stresses during motor operation.
- Processing performance: They can be cut into different shapes and sizes and have a flat surface.
- Chemical corrosion resistance: They can effectively resist corrosion from acids, alkalis, and salts.
Application Locations
- Stator winding slot fixing structures: Used for slot wedges, oblique wedges, inter-layer strips, and under-wedge strips.
- Inter-turn insulation of rotor magnetic pole coils: Used for high-voltage motor magnetic pole coil inter-turn insulation.
- Insulating structural parts: Used as high-quality insulating structural components in F-class large, high-voltage motors and electrical equipment.
